By accessing or using Blixshoot's website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who books or interacts with our platform.

2. About Blixshoot

Blixshoot is a content creation platform operated by Blixshoot Media Private Limited, registered in India. We connect clients with certified reel makers who shoot, edit, and deliver short-form video content — typically within 30 minutes of the shoot ending.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to book a service. By using our platform, you represent that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

4. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are made directly through blixshoot.com. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

5. Content Ownership

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered content for personal or commercial purposes. Blixshoot retains the right to use anonymized or credited versions of delivered content for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless you explicitly opt out in writing before the shoot.

6. Creator Conduct

All Blixshoot creators are vetted and certified. However, Blixshoot is not responsible for individual creator conduct beyond our stated service guarantees. Any misconduct should be reported to us immediately via our support channels.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose, including but not limited to: creating content that violates third-party rights, misrepresenting your identity or affiliation, or using our platform to harass any individual.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blixshoot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
